Any reservation validated online by bank card is considered firm and has an obligation to pay. The withdrawal period that usually applies to any distance sale does not apply to contracts whose purpose is “the provision of accommodation, transport, catering, leisure services which must be submitted at a specific date or at a specific frequency (Article L.121-20-4 consumer code).
If you have a previous guarantee for the risks covered by the insurance taken out, you have the option of renouncing this insurance (s) free of charge within 14 days from its conclusion and as long as no guarantee has been implemented.
