We cannot book an Internship without information from you, so we ask for some information when using our services. These are really basic such as your first and last name, your contact details, your contact details, your email address, your mobile phone, work and home details, your payment information, the name of the participants in the internships and the name of the legal officials.
As part of these minor participants, we will also ask you for a certain amount of confidential information in order to be able to represent you when you are not present during the trip. This information may be medical but also administrative.
The nature of the courses we organize also requires us to control the level of practice of the participants.

The only medium containing all the information prior to your purchase is located on the digital platform managed by FRENCH TOUCH ACADEMY.
We also collect data from your computer, phone, tablet, or other device that you use to access our services. This includes your IP address, the browser you are using, and your language settings.
We also keep a log file for logging connections to your customer accounts. This file contains your ID, the time of connection and your time of disconnection if you have clicked on the “Disconnect” button on your customer account, as well as your IP address. This logging is in particular a security component on the abusive use of your customer account.
When you call our reservation services, our advisors are also likely to note the time, the reason for your call and the report of this call.
We also collect your personal information when you contact us via our contact forms. (Name, email, phone). At the end of this contact we create an account for you within our platform. Personal data that you give us about other people
In particular, you can participate in our sponsorship program and send us the name, first name and email address of a third person that we will store in order to be able to offer them discounts or information on our offer. If you have not completed your Online Booking, we may contact you to remind you that it is in progress. We believe that this service is useful to you because it allows you to continue with your Booking and to check that no technical problems have occurred during this reservation.
We send you additional information about your Booking so that you know, for example, how to contact us if necessary or to help you prepare and make the most of your Internship. You will also be able to receive information about your upcoming Bookings or a summary of your previous Bookings.
You may also receive a number of automatic reminders in the event of an unpaid or incomplete travel file.
We will automatically alert you as soon as your travel information is available.
Even if you don't have any upcoming Bookings, you may receive other administrative messages, which may include security alerts.
Legal reasons: finally, in some cases, we may use your personal data to process and resolve legal disputes, for regulatory inquiries or compliance with current legislation, to enforce the terms of use of the FRENCH TOUCH ACADEMY online reservation service or to comply with requests from authorities. Social networks are used in different ways at FRENCH TOUCH ACADEMY. We use them to make our online reservation services more accessible but also to promote our products and services.1.
